We collect information you provide when booking, creating an account, or contacting us — such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and payment details (processed by Stripe).
How we use your information
We use your information to fulfill rentals, send booking and delivery updates (including SMS when you opt in), process payments, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS opt-in
Text messages are sent only after you provide explicit consent at the phone number you supply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Terms of Service for more on messaging.
